Sie sind im Moodle-Kurs zum Seminar BA 08.1 Handlungstheorien von Prof. Heusinger.

In BA 08.1 werden verschiedene sozialarbeitswissenschaftliche Theorien vermittelt, u. a. die Soziale Arbeit als Menschenrechtsprofession/Systemisches Paradigma, Lebensweltorientierung, Systemische Sozialarbeit und Sozialraumorientierung. Verbunden werden die Inputs zu den Theorien durch Fallreflexionen, die sich an der multiperspektivischen Fallanalyse (Müller, 7. Auflage 2012) oder vergleichbaren Reflexionsmethoden orientieren.  Außerdem werden Dilemmata der Sozialen Arbeit thematisiert, z. B. das Doppelte Mandat und Fragen der Ökonomisierung, die den Rahmen für die Umsetzung von Theorien in die professionelle Praxis prägen.

Ziel ist es, Ihnen die Notwendigkeit und die Potenziale theoriegestützten Arbeitens in der Sozialen Arbeit zu verdeutlichen und die dafür nötigen theoretischen Grundlagen zu vermitteln und zu diskutieren. Am Ende sollen Sie in der Lage sein, Ihr Handeln in der praktischen Sozialen Arbeit theoriebasiert zu begründen. Dafür gilt es, eine für das Verständnis und die Bearbeitung von typischen Problemkonstellationen geeignete Theorie begründet auszuwählen, ihre Kernelemente darzustellen und daraus in einer Fallreflexion konkrete Schritte der Fallbearbeitung abzuleiten.

Social work requires – even more so from an international perspective – reflection on one's own background, experiences, (pre)judgements and strategies for action. At h2, (West) German social work is primarily taught and learned. However, the world of social work is much larger and more diverse. It is not only in social work that our (Northern European) knowledge is not necessarily universal.  As Northern Europeans, there is much we do not know or understand that is important and taken for granted elsewhere, or that was invented, developed or worked out there. On the contrary, we are seen as representatives of the nations that colonised the Global South, exploited its resources, devalued indigenous cultures and (in some cases) replaced them with our own.

The aim of the seminar to which this Moodle course refers is to make you curious about social work elsewhere, to strengthen your respect for colleagues from all over the world and their knowledge, skills and attitudes, so that on this basis we can make international social work fruitful for us here (and contribute to its further development worldwide).

Starting from some basic considerations, the seminar will explore and discuss selected aspects of international social work in different countries.
